How did you come up with the Acne Messages concept? It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tried.

My favorite acne trigger

I know your pain, like I said in Acne Messages, you do not have to give up a food just because it causes acne, though this would be ideal, just consume this food in moderation and perhaps once every 3-5 days. Also, food and drinks are intimately tied to our social habits. For example, your favorite food may be your favorite food because you associate this food with your favorite people or favorite social outing. You can try replacing the acne triggering food or drink with a non acne-triggering food or drink and associate this food with your favorite people or place.

For example, I love mochas, but all the sugar and milk in these beverages cause acne for me. In truth I do not like how mochas taste. I just like going to coffee shops and setting around reading. I can drink a sugar free tea instead and still enjoy the coffee shop.

Whiteheads

As I write in Acne Messages, whiteheads are packed with insights about your emotional state. That’s why the list of things that you can learn from whiteheads is the longest of the messages from acne formations list. First, review the messages from whiteheads list again. Second, note the environmental situations that are upsetting to you and resolve them. Third, use the steps in the Calmation sections to calm the nervous system. Whiteheads are most directly linked to a nervous response.

Acne jumpstart program

I understand your point. The most critical steps to starting the Acne Free Jumpstart Program (i.e. Ultimate Inner Outer Cleansing Experience) is to: 1. Isolate your acne triggers using the steps outlined in the book; and 2. Ensure that your or removing or resolving your acne triggers before you begin the program.

Once steps one and two are handled, you can use the suggestions I offer in Acne Messages and adjust the Ultimate Inner Outer Cleansing Experience to you own needs. The Ultimate Inner Outer Cleansing Experience is only a compliment to removing your acne triggers. This program promotes alleviating stress to the digestive and nervous system. This reduction in stress boosts the immune system and encourages a more rapid removal of zits. So, to make things easier, pick one or two techniques in the Ultimate Inner Outer Cleansing Experience and remind yourself that these simple steps are energizing your immune system and encouraging the zits to leave faster.

Mimicking the effects of Accutane

To save yourself a lot of time and money, ensure that you know what you acne trigger is before you began any time of cosmetic procedure for your skin. Acne results from imbalances in our endocrine and nervous systems. Peels and lasers, not matter how deep can repair an internal imbalance. So, without finding your acne trigger you can spend hundreds on an expensive cosmetic or medical skin peel and have a face covered in zits all over again 3 months later. This happened to me several times.

Find your acne trigger. Next, try some of the at-home peels I provide in the index. These peels provide gentle exfoliation of the skin but require consistent use. To alleviate irritation to the skin, apply pure aloe vera gel. Apple cider vinegar also aids burned or peeling skin.

Laxative and Enema alternatives

There are several alternatives to enemas and laxatives. You can make a tea comprised of the herbs listed in the Acne Herbal Cleansing list. Or you can purchase a detoxifying tea at your local drug or health food store.

Mirror-Addict Acne

The centerpiece of the Mirror-Addict Acne Method is self-control. I still have to use this method to this day. Mirror addict acne is similar to imaginary acne. Sometimes we become so obsessed with acne that even the smallest imperfection on our face gets all of our attention. We must direct this attention elsewhere to avoid the pitfalls of mirror addict acne. First, always use the simple for steps that I outlined in the mirror addict acne section. Write them down if you have to, or tape them to your mirror. Second, always remember that zits are not your enemy: they are your bodily messengers. Get information from the zit, then let it leave on its own. It will leave a lot faster and without scarring if you do not pop it at an untimely moment.

Acne-Organ Connection Face Chart

A healthy liver is critical to a clear complexion. This is why I cover the liver, kidneys and colon extensively in Acne Messages. Refer to the section on the liver, by using the Table of Contents or index, for methods and foods you can use to improve the functioning of your liver.

Acne Messages Concept

After having acne for over 10 years, I became obsessed with finding a cure. I went to dermatologists, aestheticians, nutritionists, and even a psychologist seeking help. I have used 3 acne prescriptions and had 2 deep skin peels. Nothing helped. I even considered Accutane. Finally, I said these zits must be smart. There’s no cure for acne so obviously these zits must mean something. So I spent years researching acne, skin care, hormones, nutrition, and psychology. All of these subjects affect the onset of acne but there was no body of knowledge that integrated all of these subjects as a means to understanding acne. I set out to incorporate these factors that relate to acne so that I could offer a systematic way for locating an individual’s unique acne trigger.

That’s another thing that bugged me about the acne industry. I was treated as just another person with acne. No one should feel this way. Acne is not the enemy, ignorance is. I created Acne Messages so that everyone suffering with acne could find their unique acne cure.
